Filters
The Würth Elektronik portfolio for filters includes low-pass and band-pass filters with sizes available in 0603, 0805 and 1008. These filters have a wide range of applications, which include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GSM, IoT (Internet of Things) and radio systems for cellular and wireless frequencies.
WCAP-CSRF Radio Frequency MLCC
Würth Elektronik radio frequency MLCCs, WCAP-CSRF series are NP0 Class I MLCCs for high frequency and antenna matching. The WCAP-CSRF series are small type MLCCs with precise C values. The MLCCs have high-temperature stability, low ESR, and have very low tolerances (0.05 pF to 0.5 pF; 5%).
On-Board Shielding
Würth Elektronik offers Shielding Cabinets to protect PCBs from EMI radiation. The WE-SHC series shields RF input, output and amplifier stages as well as oscillators and EMC sensitive components with plastic cases.
Balun
RF transceivers are increasingly utilizing more and more differential topologies due to the inherent benefit of noise reduction, and a balun is always needed to communicate between single ended antenna and a differential line. Würth Elektroniks RF-balun portfolio includes multilayer SMD baluns with balanced impedances of 50, 100 and 200 W in the sizes of 0603 and 0805. These baluns have applications in the frequency ranges of 2.45 and 5.5 GHz, which include wireless communication systems and IoT.
Antenna
Due to the nature of antennas sending and receiving electromagnetic signals, they interact and are affected by the entire surrounding environment and are extremely sensitive to electromagnetic fields. This can be extremely problematic for RF engineers when integrating into a design an antenna that is small, has good gain and efficiency in the frequency range of operation, and is able to work as desired in different PCB environments. Würth Elektronik multilayer chip antennas (WE-MCA) are the perfect solution for RF design engineers who are limited by time and cost restraints. These LTCC-based multilayer chip antennas are very small in size, easy to tune (antenna matching) and have excellent size-to-performance ratio. WE-MCA covers the frequency ranges from 433 MHz to 5.8 GHz, which include applications like home RF/smart home, WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS/GNSS, ZigBee, and cellular communication technologies. Particularly important are the 868, 915 and 2450 MHz frequencies, which are and will be extensively used in home automation.
RF Connectors
Würth Elektronik Coaxial Connectors are designed for a frequency range of DC to 18 GHz at 50 Ω impedance. The WR-SMA series, with its threaded-type coupling mechanism, is perfect for securing your connection in intensive vibration environments. Also available are MCX, MMCX, Coax Jack and Plug Adaptors for all your In-Series and In-Between-Series configurations, as well as Pre-Assembled Coax Cable Assemblies with double end SMA, RP-SMA, MCX or MMCX connectors in different cable types.
WR-SMA High Frequency IP67 Coaxial Connectors
IP67 rated RF coaxial connectors from Würth Elektronik feature subminiature version A (SMA) and reverse polarity subminiature version A (RPSMA). A variety of IP67 rated SMA and RPSMA coaxial connectors are available including bulkhead jack with threaded coupling technology, a straight socket which can be mounted in normal or reverse polarity, as well as THT, end launch and crimp mounting interfaces in straight or right angle orientations.

Frequency Control Products
Würth Elektronik and IQD Frequency Products range of Quartz Crystals, Clock Oscillators, VCXOs, TCXOs/TCVCXOs, OCXOs and Rubidium Oscillators generate the accurate timing signal required in many RF applications. These applications include Bluetooth, IoT (Internet of Things), NFC (Near Field Communications), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), Small Cells (Pico, Micro, Macro), Smart Meters, Smart Homes, and Wi-Fi.
RF Inductors
Würth Elektronik's diverse range of RF Inductors are categorized into two main types: ceramic and ferrite. Within their ceramic selection, options abound with wire wound, thin-film, and multilayer inductors, each engineered for specific applications. On the ferrite side, high-current standards dominate, ideal for high-frequency demands. With varying construction technologies, these inductors offer distinct characteristics tailored to meet your unique requirements. Explore the following selection of inductors available from Würth Elektronik, where innovation meets reliability.
WE-CAIR/WE-ACHC Series Air Coils
Würth Elektronik WE-ACHC high current air coil features flat wire for high frequency applications. The WE-ACHC is available in two sizes, 1010 and 1212, with an IR up to 40 A and has up to 50% higher Q-factor than other products. The coil label enables pick-and-place assembly.
